Vehicle - 2008 Chevy 3500 HD crew cab long bed / brakes and rotors I called the shop and spoke to Cole to make an appointment. He was able to get me in for service in a timely manner. I dropped my truck off the night before the scheduled appointment because of my scheduling. I went to the shop the following day while he was working on it and spoke to him. I saw that the brakes and rotors were truly in bad shape. He installed new brakes and rotors on it. I got a chance to actually see him do the work.
